When does my order ship out?
We ship all orders within 24 hours or less. Each order is carefully prepared and double-checked to ensure everything is accurate before it goes out. You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll automatically receive an email to the one you placed at checkout with your tracking link and tracking number. This link lets you see exactly where your order is, where it’s heading, and its current location. At the top of the tracking page, you’ll also see your expected delivery date displayed clearly. Returns and exchanges are accepted, customer is responsible for return cost and process fee. Once received store credit will be issued for the exchange.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Items must be unused and in original condition to be eligible for a return.
After 5 days, requests may be handled differently.
If a refund is approved, it will be for the item only.
Return shipping and the purchase of a return label is the buyer’s responsibility. We cover shipping and fees when sending your order out, so we’re unable to cover return shipping as well.

Please do not wait weeks to report an issue, as delays reported late may limit our ability to assist or resolve the problem.

Incorrect Address Policy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct and complete shipping address at checkout. We have had instances where incorrect addresses were provided (missing apartment numbers, wrong street names, etc.). If an order is shipped with an incorrect address and must be reshipped or returned, the customer will be responsible for any additional fees.
